QC is picking up that the first bill is not in order. At the top left hand side of the bill register is a data field for "first data." People occasionally put the wrong information there such as:
the same bill date as the first bill
the first bill date for actual tuning
some other date
What you want to put there is the bill date prior to the first bill date in the register. So it should be approximately one month before the first bill date you enter into the register.
