Q: I can\'t complete the install OR I get errors during install

A:  Make sure Metrix, Metrix Report Maker, and Microsoft Excel is closed before attempting to install any Metrix software. Once you have closed all of the above programs, click the "retry" button on the error window. If clicking retry doesn't work close everything and launch the Metrix installer again.
