Q: I changed computers, now Metrix wont run.
A: You now have a new computer ID. The license you purchased is created to match the computer ID for the previous computer, so the software thinks it is trying to be run illegally on an unauthorized computer.
To resolve this, write our HelpDesk, or submit a License Request from your new PC by going to Start->Metrix->Import License->Request License.
