In the Layout View, if you click on Project, and open it, you will see in the middle of the page Reference Year End Month. This End Month is the month that you want placed in the last column in Time Across Reports (that is, assuming you are breaking your data into months). For example, if your End Month was June, then the columns in your Time Across Report would read July, Aug, Sept. ... May, June, where June is the last (or End) month.
If you are breaking your data out into Yearly increments (rather than monthly), then End Month will determine what constitutes a year. If you end month is June, then your reports will show results for years that end in June. 1996 will refer to July 1995 to June 1996.
