Q: My bill data looks terrible in excel!
A: Any data file exported from Metrix is in a .csv format (comma separated variable). All you need to do is have Excel change the text to columns.
First, highlight all of column A by left clicking on the gray column header with the A in it. You will see all of the rows in column A highlighted in blue.
Then, in the tabs near the top of the window, go to Data > Text to columns.
A box will appear asking you to how you would like to arrange the data. Select delimited, then next, then select comma, then finish. All the data is now in columns where it is easy to read.
