Q: I can\'t open my exported data file
A: The first time you go to open a data file that has been exported from Metrix, Microsoft might not recognize the file extention. (.TS1, .MT1, .WE1, etc.)
Right click the file, select "open with", then choose program from a list. Browse to where you see Excel and be sure to check the box "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file".
