The one complication with Metrix 4.5 is that it is not directly backwards compatible. As many of you will never use the feature, Metrix 4.5 has a setting that enables Metrix to save all projects as backwards compatible and is meant to do so with as little disruption as possible. For any projects that were created before Metrix 4.5, this setting will be checked. If you wish to enable the feature “Advanced Minimum Cost/Consumptionâ€, which conflicts with backwards compatibility, Metrix will ask you if you want to lose backwards compatibility. All projects created in Metrix 4.5 do not have this setting checked by default.
