Q: I changed computers, now Option C won't run.

A:  You now have a new computer GUID. The license you purchased is created to match the computer GUID for the previous computer, so the software thinks it is trying to be run illegally on an unauthorized computer.

To resolve this, write our HelpDesk, and include your new computer GUID, which you'll find under Start->Option C->Option C Licensing.
