Q: Why are my infiltration loads zero?

Look in the Heating & Cooling View, at the System | Outs Air Sub data form. There are some options on the lower right. One of them is "include A/I in loads." If unchecked (as I expect yours is), MarketManager will not include infiltration in load calculations. You need to check the box
