Each zone is evaluated at *its* design hour (changeable in Zone Detail), and all zonal loads are added up to give the system load.
If you leave all zone design hours @ 4 p.m. (the default) then you effectively have coil loads at 4 p.m. which may or may not be the peak of anything (but usually is).
You can "play" with each zone design hour and adjust it to *its* individual peak, or change them all together and see when their sum peaks. You can find when the individual zones peak by looking at the data field "zone loads" in the data group "zone" in diagnostics. Each item number represents a different zone (where zone number = item number).
