Q: Is reheat load included in total heating load when sizing boilers?

If the reheat load is greater than the heating load, then the reheat load is used to size the boiler. The reheat load, if dominant, is found in the system loads form in versions 1.60 and beyond as a component of the System Oversizing margin.
